Return of Digital Products
We stand behind our products and the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. Because our products are considered digital good and delivered via internet download, we generally do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Any requests for a refund made after a digital product has been purchased and/or delivered are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued or declined at the sole discretion of CodeX Software. Refund requests, if any, must be made within five (5) days of your original purchase. Please submit any requests to us:

Return of Physical Products
We stand behind our products and the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. Once a product has been processed and sent for shipping there are no cancellations and no refunds. We do not accept return of physical products. We will not accept any deliveries sent our way and are not required to return the product to you.
Any requests for a refund made after a physical product has been purchased but has not been sent for shipping or delivered are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued or declined at the sole discretion of CodeX Software. Refund requests, if any, must be made before the item has been sent for shipping or delivered, normally within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit any requests to us:

Cancellation
Our products include, but are not limited to, subscription-based services and non-subscription-based services. We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.
Digital products that are on a subscription-base, are allowed to be cancelled for future billing cycles through proper means provided to the user. If there are any discrepancies about cancelling services, they are to be handled on a case-by-case situation and decided at the sole discretion of CodeX Software.
If a cancellation is awarded and a refund is deemed appropriate, we will offer a refund minus credit card fees, restocking fees, and any other fees that may be applicable.
Delivery
All purchases of digital products will be delivered via email from an email ending in @codexsoftware.io.
All purchases of physical products will be delivered via a mailing service selected at checkout.
Payment Processing Time
We use the Stripe payment processor to complete all sales on our site. Payments must be completed before delivery of any product. This transaction is between your bank/card and Stripe. Once your payment has been completed you will receive an email confirmation of your recent purchase. If you have not received purchase confirmation within 72 hours from CodeX Software, please verify your payment has processed through your bank/card and if so, please contact us.
