Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every CodeX pilot holds a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and maintains extensive logged flight hours. We carry full liability insurance on every job, so you're completely covered.
We primarily service South Florida and Central Florida. For projects outside those areas, we can organize travel to other states depending on the scope and requirements of the job — just reach out and we'll work it out.
We recommend reaching out at least 5 business days in advance for standard projects. That said, we understand things move fast — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate tighter timelines.
Safety always comes first. If conditions aren't suitable for a safe and quality flight, we'll reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor weather proactively and will communicate any changes well in advance.
